In these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean Elegant Furniture Store. "You" and "your" mean the person using our website or placing an order.

You may use our website to browse our range, place orders and get in touch with us. When you use the site, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes
  • Not interfere with how the site works, try to get into areas you're not allowed to access, or upload anything harmful
  • Not copy, resell or reuse our website content, photos or product descriptions without our written permission

We may update, change or pause any part of the website at any time. We may also refuse service or cancel orders if we believe these Terms have been broken.

3. Products and Availability

We sell home furniture for every room, including sofas, bedroom sets, mattresses, dining and kitchen furniture, kids' furniture, outdoor furniture, bedding and rugs.

Our stock is a mix of new pieces and second-hand items. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Selection changes often, and many pieces are one-offs. Once a one-off item is sold, it may not come back.
  • For second-hand items, we describe the condition as clearly and honestly as we can in the product listing. Normal signs of previous use may be present, so please read each listing carefully and contact us if you have any questions before you buy.
  • We try to show colors, finishes and sizes accurately, but what you see can look a little different depending on your screen. Please check the listed measurements to make sure a piece fits your space.
  • Because items are also sold in our store, a product shown online may sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we'll contact you and give you a full refund for that item.

4. Pricing and Errors

All prices are shown in US dollars ($). Prices do not include sales tax. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs, if any, are also shown at checkout.

We work to keep prices and product details correct, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or refuse the order, even after it has been placed. If your payment has already been taken for a canceled order, we'll refund it in full to your original payment method.

We may change prices at any time without notice. A price change won't affect an order we have already confirmed.

5. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we process it and send it out, or arrange it for pickup or delivery.

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order. If we cancel all or part of your order, we'll let you know and refund any amount paid for the canceled items.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as you can at info@elegantfurnitureal.com or +12512876567. Once an order has been sent out, we can't change it, but our Return & Refund Policy still applies.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is taken when you place your order. By giving us your payment details, you confirm that you're allowed to use that payment method. Full details are in our Payment Policy.

7. Shipping, Pickup and Local Delivery

We ship online orders within the United States using USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Transit time: 5-6 business days
  • Total delivery time: 6-8 business days
  • Free shipping: on orders from $50

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been processed. You can also pick up your order in our store at 5441 US-90, Mobile, Alabama, or contact us to arrange local delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items.
  • We pay return shipping for damaged or wrong products.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 days.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Please keep your gift card details safe, as we can't replace lost or stolen gift cards unless the law requires us to.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics and our store name and logo, belongs to Elegant Furniture Store or is used with permission. You may not copy, change, share or use any of it for business purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use outside services, such as payment providers and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites. We don't control those services or sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

We provide our website and its content "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We don't promise that the website will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using our website or our products.
  • Our total responsibility for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the State of Alabama that can't be limited or excluded.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise because you broke these Terms or misused our website, and to hold Elegant Furniture Store harmless from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. If you keep using our website after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Orders already placed are covered by the Terms that applied when you placed them.
